Screw 6 wheels into 6 half posts.

You can put the locking and non locking wheels wherever you choose.

Slide pipe spacers down over the poles then slide a shelf panel down on top of the spacers.

Make sure you have the engraved lettering "www.visionproducts.us" facing the same direction on every panel.

Repeat the process until panels are up near the top of the 915mm poles and then screw the other half of the poles on so that they are now 1830mm tall.`

Build the entire rack up until you reach the top.

After the top panel is on, you should have some steel pole sticking up.

Now slide the short plastic pipes over the steel poles and then screw a bolt and washer down into the threaded insert in each of the 6 poles.

be careful not to overtighten. It may be necessary to tighten the bolts a little after a few days as the system compresses a little.

These bolts add a great deal of strengh and rigidity to the rack.

Backstops and side guides are installed with nylon pins to the underside ceiling of each level.

Only 2 pins are necessary per guide rail.
